How To Flash Custom Recovery TWRP and rooted Mi5s Plus Device

Essentials:
Bootloader Unlocked
USB DATA cable (the one that came with your device)
Before proceeding: Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 7/8/10 64-Bit
Enable USB Debugging - Goto Settings > Additional settings > Developer options > USB Debugging - Enable (If you have not activated Developer options, then Goto Settings > About phone > tap MIUI version 7 times > You are now a developer)
Battery is charged at least 50%.

Requirements:
FLASHER TOOLKIT Mi 5s Plus
Minimal ADB and Fastboot v1.4.1
BETA-SuperSUv2.78 SR5 - Optional
Root with Magisk Systemless Interface - Optional
Dm-verity and Forced Encryption Disabler - Optional

Using FLASHER TOOLKIT Mi 5s Plus:
1. Download "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" and install, download "BETA-SuperSUv2.78 SR5.zip" (Optional) and move to the "Download" folder of your phone internally or your SD Card for easy convenient if you need it for the next update.
2. Plug your device in an ON-STATE via USB cable to your PC/Laptop.
3. Download and extract, "Run as administrator" and execute "FLASHER TOOLKIT NatriumV3.bat" as shown below.
4. Next, you see the menu for what you want to do, as mentioned on the highlight, choose Menu #1 to flash ZCX TWRP 3.0.2-X and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Once the flashing is done successfully, now change the Language setting to English, as shown below.

6. To get Incremental OTA and DM-Verity to avoid Bootloop, tick the following as shown below.

7. Then for the first time, you need to flash a Full Pack or a Recovery zip, in order for it to backup to prepare to get, Incremental OTA the next time round, as shown below.

8. To root your device, you need SuperSU, which comes integrated, goto TWRP menu, choose Advanced/SuperSU and follow the easy instructions, or you have the option of flashing from a zipped file for the latest version, as shown below.

9. As this is a China Developer ROM, Google Playstore is not pre-install, hence you need to install GApps to have a Google Playstore, as shown below.

10. Now, that you have successfully flash custom recovery TWRP and rooted with SuperSU. Enjoy!
